Almost all the ele elite is at least above seeping wound.
Because Ether Prodigy, Glyph of Renewal and Elemental Attunement were clearly introduced in Factions. Can you please read the thread title?

Energy Boon is pox, it's a 30s recharge OoB with slightly more energy and no sacrifice. The 30s kills it though.

Second Wind is theoretically able to keep up with Ether Prodigy, but it requires a lot of micromanaging and gives you energy back in one godly packet, which isn't how you necessarily want it.

The damage elites for the most are mediocre, when you compare them to what else is on offer. Star Burst and Shockwave both have potential, but that's about the extent of it.

So at the end of it, Elementalists have three outstanding elites, Ether Prodigy, Ele. Attune and Glyph of Renewal (none of which were added in Factions), a couple of reasonable but not fantastic damage elites and a weird but powerful energy elite. For the most the ele elites suck.

Sry, forgot about the all "faction" ele elite sux.

Although it would have helped if it was written "All faction ele elite sux".

And btw, Energy boon is 15 sec recharge.

Not with exhaustion it isn't. that makes it an effective 30s recharge.

That depend on how you use it.

Although I would just use glyph of energy.

Aura Of Displacement - the main reason my E/A is playable
Elemental Attunement - can be used with another attunement to help with ele's energy.

I think the point is he can finish casting it and then run in the time it takes broad head arrow to land

unless you are in touch range, then BHA has some use.

In team arenas broad head arrow is OK, but in 8v8, unless you got a ton of cover conditions or their RC monk shut down, dazed is going to get removed faster than diversion.

I'm rather partial to Blessed Light. Dragon Slash is awesome aaaand that's all I can think of atm.

EDIT: Shockwave is fun!

Very easily Aura of Displacement. Nothing else comes close. Well, before the nerf anyway; I haven't tried it out post-nerf.

What in the world does that have to do with Broad Head Arrow...it is unconditional, it doesn't need to hit during a spell. If a ele is just running around, the can see the giant semi circle shot path of broad head arrow from Timbuctoo.

Besides, dazed is a condition, easily removed. Mend Condition/Ailemnt/Blessed Light and many others..ftw
